Our customers receive personal attention and guidance from our Design Center Coordinator who assists in all aspects of the selection process. Almost all of the buyers’ choices can be made at our state of the art Design Center conveniently located on Central Avenue in Albany.

Frank Barbera, president of Barbera Homes, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. His almost 40 years in the homebuilding business is a testimony to his dedication in identifying the ever changing market. Frank’s belief that the company delivers a product with “old world” attention to detail and “cutting edge technology” is a cornerstone of Barbera Homes.

Dean Barbera, Frank’s brother, is the Operations Manager for Barbera Homes. His field experience and attention to detail facilitate smooth communications between the administrative office and all of our field personnel.

Frank’s son, Frank A. Barbera is consistently improving upon the foundation of Barbera Homes. One of Frank’s greatest attributes is his charisma. He is the face of BH and is one of, if not the only, local large builder who still meets with customers face to face.Whether obtaining a “green building” certification or researching a new mortgage product Frank A. Barbera prides himself on keeping Barbera Homes on the leading edge of all things new in the industry. Frank is directly involved in the creation of each and every new community from subdivision approval and plan design to assisting his salespeople in the field.
