When you choose a home at Park Ridge you’ll have exclusive access to our Design Studio showroom. That means that you can personalize your home any way you want. Choose your cabinets, counters, flooring and more. We offer a wide selection of colors to choose from so you’re sure to find just the right look.
Complimentary Design Consultation
When you choose a new home at Park Ridge you’ll meet with your own personal interior designer. You and your designer will discuss ideas about how you want your home to look and feel. Then you’ll work together to get the right look (and within your budget). The personal design service is completely complimentary.
